Job Descriptions1. Foreign Labor & Work Permit Management
•Oversee the entire process of work permit applications, visa extensions, and legal documentation for foreign workers.
•Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and immigration regulations for foreign employees.
•Coordinate with government agencies such as the Ministry of Labor, Department of Employment, and Immigration Bureau to ensure legal hiring and employment of foreign workers.
•Manage the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of a large number of foreign workers, particularly from Cambodia, Myanmar.
•Monitor and manage visa expiration dates, work permit renewals, and labor quotas to maintain legal compliance.
2. HR & Recruitment Management
•Oversee the entire recruitment process for office staff and labor workforce, from job postings to final hiring.
•Coordinate with department heads to ensure workforce planning aligns with company needs.
•Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain skilled foreign and local workers.
3. Training & Employee Development
•Design and conduct onboarding programs to help new employees integrate smoothly into the company.
•Organize training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs for employees.
•Collaborate with internal teams to enhance employee productivity and legal compliance awareness.
4. Compensation & Benefits Administration
•Oversee employee benefits, such as social security, annual health check-ups, and leave policies.
•Manage and monitor labor costs to maintain compliance with Thai labor regulations.
5. Employee Relations & Compliance
•Serve as the primary point of contact for both foreign and local employees regarding HR-related issues.
•Implement and enforce HR policies, ensuring alignment with labor laws and company regulations.
•Maintain HR records, reports, and workforce data analytics for management decision-making.
•Assist in labor dispute resolution and handle disciplinary actions when required.
