Job Descriptions
1.วางแผนคุณภาพสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ (Quality Planning)
2.ร่วมกับฝ่ายออกแบบและผลิตเพื่อประเมินความเสี่ยงด้านคุณภาพล่วงหน้า
3.ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาคุณภาพที่เกิดขึ้นในขั้นตอนต่างๆ
4.ดำเนินการ Root Cause Analysis (เช่น 5 Why, Ishikawa Diagram)
5.ร่วมทีมกับฝ่ายอื่นในการดำเนินการ Corrective Action และ Preventive Action
6.ตรวจสอบและยืนยันคุณภาพของชิ้นส่วนจากซัพพลายเออร์
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- อายุ 25-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาวิศวกรรม (อุตสาหการฯลฯ) หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Quality Engineer หรือ Product Development อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความเข้าใจในระบบคุณภาพ ISO 9001, IATF 16949
- มีความรู้ด้าน SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D Report, APQP, PPAP
- ใช้เครื่องมือวัดทางวิศวกรรมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้
