Job Descriptions
Business: Construction Work hours: Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00 (WFFH 2 days) Location: Silom (BTS Sala Daeng/ MRT Silom) 1. Responsible for the local procurement of construction and decoration materials, equipment, and tools in Thailand based on company and project requirements. 2. Source, evaluate, and maintain a database of qualified local suppliers. 3. Conduct inquiries, price comparisons, and negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness and on-time delivery. 4. Follow up on purchase orders, logistics, customs clearance, and warehouse receiving processes. 5. Coordinate communication between suppliers, construction sites, and warehouse teams throughout the procurement process. 6. Assist in procurement contract negotiation, execution, and compliance monitoring. 7. Prepare and submit procurement reports and market price analysis regularly to support management decisions.
Qualifications
  1. Nationality is Thai and Bacherler's degree any related field.
  2. Background in Supply Chain Management, Construction, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  3. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction and decoration industry.
  4. Strong to communicate in English and Thai.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
  6. High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
