Key Responsibilities Production & Supply Coordination Plan and manage daily and weekly production schedules Ensure raw materials are ready and finished goods meet quality standards Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and warehouse for timely output Solve production delays and maintain alignment with sales demand Packing & Fulfillment (Local & Export) Oversee the packing of all orders (B2B, B2C, international shipments) Ensure proper packaging based on product type and destination Create and check export documentation: invoices, packing lists, HS codes, etc. Coordinate with shipping providers (local couriers, international freight forwarders) Track delivery timelines and resolve any shipment issues Ensure compliance with customs/export regulations Logistics & Inventory Control Maintain accurate stock levels of raw materials, finished goods, and packing supplies Optimize warehouse layout and inventory movement Ensure all outbound shipments are documented and traceable Monitor cost and efficiency of transportation and delivery Cross-Team Operations & Improvement Liaise with Sales, Customer Support, and Service teams to align on delivery schedules Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure service quality Implement and refine SOPs across production and logistics workflows Monitor KPIs and suggest improvements to streamline operations Report performance, delays, or risks to management with actionable insights

Qualifications

3+ years experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or production management
Familiar with export processes, shipping documents, and courier coordination
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Hands-on, proactive, and calm under pressure
Comfortable managing people, processes, and multiple moving parts
Bonus: Experience in lifestyle, beauty, or fragrance-related industries
