Coordinate and deliver basic training for new hires (orientation and workplace practices)
Provide initial support to employees regarding benefits, working conditions, and internal procedures
Collaborate with management to identify and resolve personnel issues promptly and professionally
Monitor team morale and working environment, and support employee engagement initiatives
