Job Descriptions
Act as a strategic partner between restaurant management and staff, ensuring effective communication of company policies and culture Support end-to-end HR processes, especially recruitment and onboarding of restaurant staff Maintain employee records and documentation, such as contracts, leave forms, and performance files Prepare and update reports related to workforce metrics, such as headcount and staff turnover Coordinate and deliver basic training for new hires (orientation and workplace practices) Provide initial support to employees regarding benefits, working conditions, and internal procedures Collaborate with management to identify and resolve personnel issues promptly and professionally Monitor team morale and working environment, and support employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
  3. Solid knowledge of Thai labor laws and standard HR practices.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  5. High adaptability, strong interpersonal skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
  6. Strong communication skills in English and Thai (both written and verbal) are essential.

Maintain comprehensive and confidential employee documentation, including contracts, performance records, and leave management. Prepare and present HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and attendance metrics for internal stakeholders. Conduct orientation sessions and training for new hires, ensuring they understand both operational procedures and workplace standards. Provide first-line HR support for employee inquiries, especially in relation to benefits, working conditions, and company policies. Support and advise managers on employee relations issues, helping to address and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner. Promote a positive working environment, monitor team morale, and assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives.
