Job Descriptions
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the sales engineering team to meet company sales objectives - Develop sales strategies and implement plans to support market growth - Analyze industrial market needs and provide suitable technical solutions - Collaborate with technical teams and suppliers to prepare proposals and presentations - Oversee sales and project implementation involving equipment and systems in key industrial sectors - Provide expert consultation and on-site support to clients when required - Report sales performance and propose improvement strategies to management Benefits: - fuel, wear and tear, and mobile phone allowance - Social security, health, and accident insurance - Provident Fund - Ongoing training and career development opportunities
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, etc.)
  2. Minimum 5 years of technical sales or industrial project experience, and at least 2 years in a managerial role
  3. Strong knowledge of industrial processes in oil & gas, petrochemical, or related sectors
  4. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  5. Good command of English (spoken and written)
  6. Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings when needed
