Job Descriptions

- Coordinate with international suppliers to manage import orders and ensure timely shipment of goods. - Review and verify import documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and other related documents. - Liaise with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth customs clearance. - Prepare and submit import-related documentation to government authorities such as the Customs Department and other regulatory bodies. - Track and monitor the status of shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery. - Calculate and verify import costs including shipping charges, import duties, VAT, and service fees. - Maintain accurate import records and update relevant systems (e.g., ERP) with shipment and inventory information. - Prepare regular reports and summaries related to import activities. - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in import operations (experience with customs clearance is an advantage).
Good knowledge of import regulations, HS codes, and customs procedures.
Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
