Job Descriptions
1.จัดทำหรือรับคำขออนุมัติสั่งซื้อ(PR) จาก User ในแต่ละแผนกที่ขอซื้อ พร้อมทั้งตรวจเช็คราคา เปรียบเทียบราคา , Spec สินค้า, ระยะเวลาการส่งมอบสินค้า 2.ดำเนินการจัดทำเอกสารใบสั่งซื้อ (PO) / ส่ง Approve PO 3.ดำเนินการติดตามการส่งมอบสินค้า/บริการจากทาง Supplier 4.ดำเนินการจัดทำรายงานการประเมินการส่งมอบสินค้าและบริการเป็นประจำทุกเดือน 5.ดำเนินการจัดทำสรุปค่าใช้จ่ายประจำสัปดาห์และประจำเดือน 6.ทำงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้าและทีม
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 28-32 ปี / เพศชาย,หญิง/ วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์งานจัดซื้องานโครงการก่อสร้าง (พิจารณาพิเศษ)
  3. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Express ได้ (พิจารณาพิเศษ)
  4. สามารถใช้ Ms Office โดยเฉพาะ Ms Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. มีความซื่อสัตย์และรับผิดชอบ มีความมุ่งมั่น ตั้งใจต่องานที่ทำ
  6. มีความอดทน สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันสูงได้
  7. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมที่ดีได้ ช่วยSupport เพื่อนร่วมทีมและมี Mindset ที่ดี
  8. ทำงาน (จันทร์-เสาร์) เวลา 08.00น. - 17.00น.
