Job Descriptions
1.วางแผน กำหนดแนวทางการวิจัย และพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ ทั้งผลิตภัณฑ์ในปัจจุบันและใหม่ ให้ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า 2.วางแผนและพัฒนา การศึกษา Shelf Life และ Sensory test ของผลิตภัณฑ์ และนำเสนอแก่ผู้บริหาร 3.บริหารจัดการดูแลและติดตามผลในทุกกระบวนการของการทดลอง ทดสอบ ก่อนดำเนินการผลิต เพื่อให้ผลิตภัณฑ์นั้นมีคุณภาพและตรงตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการ 4.แก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 5.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ ในทุกประเด็นที่เกี่ยวกับงานด้าน R&D 6.ทำหน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขา วิทยาศาสตร์ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้วนการวิจัยและพัฒนา 5 ปี ขึ้นไป
  4. มีประสบการณ์ด้านสายโรงงานผลิตเครื่องสำอางและอาหารเสริมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. มีทักษะใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดีเยี่ยม
  6. มีความรู้ด้านระบบคุณภาพ ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, Halal จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. มีภาวะผู้นำ มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถติดต่อประสานงาน และแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆได้
  8. สามารถทนแรงกดดันได้ดี และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
  9. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
