Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:
- Create and publish engaging content on Facebook and Instagram.
- Translate marketing and promotional content from Thai to Lao.
- Ensure that all Lao-language content is accurate, culturally appropriate, and aligns with our brand voice.
- Chat with Lao customers through social media and provide basic support or guidance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and schedule posts.
- Stay updated on trends in Lao social media content and customer preferences.
Qualifications
- Proficient in reading and writing in Lao language.
- Able to translate Thai content into clear and natural Lao.
- Good communication skills and customer service mindset.
