Job Descriptions
1.ประสานงานและสื่อสารกับลูกค้าและฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ภายในบริษัทฯ เกี่ยวกับคำสั่งซื้อและการจัดส่งสินค้าตามความต้องการ 2.คีย์ข้อมูล Sales Order และจัดทำเอกสารประกอบการจัดส่ง เช่น Packing List 3.ติดตามการจัดส่งสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนด และตรวจสอบให้การส่งมอบเป็นไปตามเวลาที่ตกลงกับลูกค้า 4.วางแผนและคำนวณการสั่งซื้อวัตถุดิบและชิ้นส่วนต่าง ๆ ให้เพียงพอต่อความต้องการในการผลิต 5.รายงานความคืบหน้าของการดำเนินงาน รวมถึงปัญหาหรืออุปสรรคที่อาจเกิดขึ้นให้แก่หัวหน้างาน เพื่อนำไปสู่การหาทางแก้ไขที่เหมาะสม
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการทั่วไป โลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ ในสายงานวางแผน
  3. มีความเข้าใจกระบวนการผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์
  4. ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office เช่น Excel , Word , Outlook , Powerpoint ได้ดี
  5. มีความละเอียดรอบครอบ มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
  6. ทักษะในการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการเจรจาต่อรอง
