•Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue and market share •Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and strategic partners •Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities •Prepare detailed sales reports and provide insights to improve performance •Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver consistent guest experiences •Represent the hotel in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales or similar industry roles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
Fluent in English – both written and verbal
Familiarity with Chiang Mai’s tourism market is an advantage
