Job Descriptions
Working Location : สุขุมวิท 66/1 (ใกล้ BTS อุดมสุข) Working Condition : Monday - Friday (08.30 - 17.30) หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ - ตรวจสอบรายการรับเงินในแต่ละวัน และจัดทำเอกสารประกอบที่เกี่ยวข้อง - จัดทำรายงานกระทบยอดเงินฝากธนาคาร และรายงานวิเคราะห์อายุลูกหนี้ประจำเดือน - คำนวณและจัดทำรายงานค่าคอมมิชชั่น (Commission) และเงินจูงใจ (Incentive) รายเดือน - จัดทำรายงานภาษีขายประจำเดือน - ตรวจสอบการรับชำระเงินจากลูกค้าก่อนส่งสินค้า - ประสานงานกับธนาคารเกี่ยวกับการเปิด/ปิดบัญชี และการขอเครื่องรูดบัตรเครดิต
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปสาขาการเงินการธนาคาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีความรู้ที่ดีเกี่ยวกับหลักการบัญชีและการเงินเข้าใจระเบียบข้อบังคับด้านภาษี
  3. หากมีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานร่วมกับธนาคารจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. มีทักษะในการใช้ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) และ Google Suite
  5. หากมีประสบการณ์ในการใช้ซอฟต์แวร์บัญชีหรือ ERP (เช่น SAP B1) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. มีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษระดับปานกลางถึงดี (ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน)
