JOB SUMMARY The primary purpose of this position is to manage preventive maintenance services and oversee soft services such as cleaning and security. Preferably, candidates should have work experience in a manufacturing background. RESPONSIBILITIES: •Develop and maintain client relationships, addressing facility issues promptly. •Understand client needs and manage service quality, proactively suggesting improvements. •Streamline operations by adopting new techniques and ensuring readiness of equipment. •Conduct facility inspections and produce management reports. •Establish training programs for staff and vendors, ensuring competency. •Manage facilities staff to meet service levels within budget. •Implement new processes and technologies to enhance efficiency. •Develop strategic facility management objectives and review budgets. •Create health and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations. •Oversee capital projects and manage departmental budgets. •Coordinate repair and maintenance work by technicians and contractors. •Conduct financial analysis and prepare budget reports, ensuring accountability. •Maintain a site-based risk register and conduct monthly assessments. •Ensure KPIs and contractual obligations are met, conducting monthly client reviews. •Supervise and mentor team members, enhancing their competencies.

Qualifications

Facilities Management
Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience in engineering, facilities management, or related fields.
Knowledge of applicable laws, safety regulations, and project controls.
Proficient in program management and maintenance systems.
Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and able to manage conflict effectively.
