•Translate business objectives into training needs by understanding the business priorities and its implication on the Cabin sell / perform approach.
•Support the development of client-facing dialogues aligned with current promotions, in collaboration with Marketing and Retail teams.
•Deliver comprehensive training programs covering Yves Rocher’s exclusive facial and body care treatments, ensuring alignment with the brand’s premium service standards.
•Observe, coach, and guide therapists through hands-on support to cultivate technical mastery and exceptional client care.
•Act as a mentor and role model, helping therapists embody the values of elegance, authenticity, and attentive service.
•Conduct regular in-store visits to inspect treatment (cabin) areas for impeccable hygiene, aesthetic presentation, and adherence to brand ambiance.
•Travel nationwide to support provincial stores with training, workshops, and on-the-job coaching.
•Curate and manage high-quality training tools and materials that enhance learning engagement and knowledge retention.
•Reinforce Yves Rocher’s LOVE Service Standards through consistent messaging, emotional intelligence, and behavior modeling.
•Ensure smooth preparation and setup of all treatment facilities and accessories for new store openings, reflecting a seamless and premium customer journey
