Job Purpose Summary To handle the overall management of one particular site by setting the direction and the pace at which the team moves. Analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to their operations. They are expert trainers who can train other people to become expert trainers. Site Managers are the owners of the business unit. They exhibit entrepreneurial thinking and behavior. สวัสดิการ : ทำงาน 9:30 - 18:30 ,6 วัน/สัปดาห์ (พักร้อน 6 วัน/ปี ) วันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ วันหยุดพักร้อนประจำปี ประกันสังคม ประกันกลุ่ม ค่าคอมมิชชั่น (ตามผลงาน) รายละเอียดงาน : - บริหาร จัดการควบคุมดูแลคุณภาพการให้บริการ และสร้างยอดขายให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด - วางแผน จัดการกำลังคนเพื่อให้เพียงพอต่อการทำงานในแต่ละวัน - ประสานงานกับผจก สาขาอิ่นๆ และพาร์ทเนอร์ - คิดวิเคราะห์ และวางแผนการตลาด เพื่อกระตุ้นยอดขายของสาขา - รับผิดชอบต่อความสำเร็จของเป้าหมายระดับบนและล่าง - รับผิดชอบงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย - รับผิดชอบในส่วนของสินค้าคงคลัง การบันทึกและการควบคุม
Qualifications
  1. ชาย/หญิง อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. มีทักษะทางด้านการสื่อสารในและนอกองค์กร บุคลิกภาพดี มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการให้บริการ
  3. มีใจรักด้านงานบริการ มีทัศนคติทีดีต่องานขายและให้บริการลูกค้า
  4. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
  5. สุขภาพแข็งแรง
  6. ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
  7. เคยมีประสบการณ์ธุรกิจรีเทลพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
