Job Descriptions

Plan and schedule preventive maintenance (PM) Create and update preventive maintenance plans for machinery and equipment to ensure they operate efficiently and reduce the potential for production disruptions. Coordinate with relevant parties: Work with manufacturing, engineering, and other departments to determine the appropriate time for maintenance and minimize impact to operations. Control and inspect the operation: Check the operation of the maintenance team to be in accordance with the specified plan and check the quality of the maintenance work. Manage and develop the team: Provide advice, training and develop the skills of the maintenance team to improve work efficiency. Record and report: Create reports on maintenance, problems found and solutions for future analysis and process improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in machinery maintenance and at least 2 years of experience in team management.
Knowledge and skills in problem analysis, planning, communication and use of computer programs related to maintenance, such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Syatem ) and SAP.
