Job Description: • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity in Production line • Collaborate with MES team members to ensure smooth operation of MES systems and infrastructure. • Assist in the implementation of MES projects and initiatives as needed. • Respond to MES support requests in person, via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely manner. Qualifications

สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ระดับดี ถ้าได้ภาษาจีนจะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
Familiar with the use and maintenance of Microsoft SQL Server database software.Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking principles.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with Active Directory, VPNs, and remote desktop support tools.
Familiar with computer hardware architecture and other basic knowledge
Able to work overtime an average of 3–4 days per week and willing to work night shifts.
