• วินิจฉัยและแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบปฏิบัติการ แอปพลิเคชัน และการเชื่อมต่อเครือข่ายในสายการผลิต • ให้ความช่วยเหลือในการดำเนินโครงการและแผนงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ MES ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย • ตอบสนองต่อคำร้องขอความช่วยเหลือด้าน MES อย่างทันท่วงที ทั้งด้วยตนเอง ทางโทรศัพท์ อีเมล หรือผ่านระบบแจ้งซ่อม • หลักการทำงานของระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows, Linux และระบบอื่น ๆ • การจัดการบริการแอปพลิเคชัน เช่น Apache, Tomcat และ IIS • การตรวจสอบและแก้ไขช่องโหว่ของระบบปฏิบัติการและเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity on the production line • Assist in the implementation of MES projects and related initiatives as needed • Respond to MES support requests promptly via in-person support, phone, email, or ticketing systems • Familiar with the working principles of Windows, Linux, and other operating systems • Proficient in managing application services such as Apache, Tomcat, and IIS • Skilled in identifying and resolving operating system and web application vulnerabilities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering， Network Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking principles.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Familiar with computer network management and Have experience in switch configuration Cisco, Aruba,H3C (Huawei) , or other network brands
Able to work overtime an average of 3–4 days per week and willing to work night shifts.
Good command of English both spoken and written, Proficiency in Chinese will be considered a plus.
