Job Descriptions
- Provide live support for software issues and inquiries after the Warehouse Control System (WCS) goes live. - Log incident tickets in Jira, perform troubleshooting, and create incident reports when necessary. - Assist the QA team in testing software systems and applications (optional). - Participate in software implementation, including onsite testing, user training, UAT, and troubleshooting during the project (optional). - Conduct system handover from the System Engineer Team (Programmers).
Qualifications
  1. 2-5 years of experience in an Application Support role. Programming experience is preferred.
  2. Proficiency in Java and experience with major IDEs (e.g., Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA).
  3. Experience with databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle (preferred)
  4. Familiarity with APIs.
  5. Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Windows setup.
  6. Understanding of virtual machine concepts (e.g., VMware, VirtualBox, or Hyper-V).
  7. Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (preferred).
  8. Willingness to work at various locations as required.
  9. Good spoken and written English skills.
  10. Ability to work in shifts.
