- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. - Design and implement leadership development programs to build internal capabilities and ensure a strong talent pipeline for critical roles. - Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent. - Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to enhance the employer brand and improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. - Drive performance management, training, and succession planning processes. - Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. - Prepare reports for the executive leadership on HR metrics and trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong leadership abilities with a strategic mindset.
Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
