Job Descriptions
1ดูแลติดตามการชำระเงินให้ได้ตามกำหนดเวลาและถูกต้องตามนโยบาย 2.ติดตามทวงถามเงินจากลูกค้าที่ขาดการชำระเงินซึ่งเลยกำหนดเวลาแล้ว 3.จัดทำรายงานประมาณการรับเงินจากลูกค้า 4.คอยตรวจเช็คบัญชีลูกค้าสม่ำเสมอเพื่อเพื่อแน่ใจในบัญชีลูกค้าแต่ละรายนั้นไม่มีปัญหา 5.มีทักษะในการพูดคุยกับลูกค้า และการติดต่อสื่อสารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ กับลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์เป็นไปอย่างสุภาพ 6.จัดทำรายการกระทบยอดลูกค้า ธนาคาร และบัญชีอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง 7.จัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับวางบิลและรับเช็ค 8.ตรวจสอบเอกสารวางบิลเอกสารหักณที่จ่าย 9.ติดต่อสื่อสารกับแผนกอื่นๆอย่างมีประสิทธิผล 10.มีความสามารถในการจัดการระดับความสำคัญของงาน และหน้าที่ได้รับภายในเวลาที่กำหนด 11.มีทักษะในการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี 12.มีความยืดหยุ่น ตรงไปตรงมา และซื่อสัตย์สุจริต 13.มีความรู้ความสามารถทางด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ เช่นExcel Word Powerpoint 14.ปิดรายการบัญชีลูกหนี้ประจำเดือนและประจำปี 15.สรุปรายได้ประจำเดือน
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรี
  2. อายุ 25-35 ปี
  3. มีประสบการณ์ ความรู้ ความสามารถ ในงานบัญชีไม่น้อยกว่า2 ปี
  4. สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. 5. มีความรับผิดชอบ ขยัน อดทน
  6. สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้
  7. 7. สามารถวิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
  8. มีทักษะการติดต่อ ประสานงาน และการบริหารโครงงาน
  9. สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
