1. รับวางบิลจากซัพพลายเออร์
2. จัดทำเอกสารตั้งเบิกค่าใช้จ่าย
3. ตัดรายการชำระหนี้
4. จัดเก็บเอกสารการชำระหนี้ให้ครบถ้วน
5. ใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Express และ Ms Officeได้ดี
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- วุฒิการศีกษา ปวช.ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ธุรการบัญชี หรือการเงิน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Express ได้ดี
- ละเอียดรอบคอบ มีทักษะในการเจรจากับซัพพลายเออร์
- เดินทางสะดวก ตำแหน่งนี้ ทำงาน วันจันทร์ - วันเสาร์ 9.00 - 18.00 น.
