Job Descriptions
จัดการกระบวนการสั่งซื้อและติดตามแผนการจัดส่งให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด 1.จัดหาผู้จัดจำหน่ายรายใหม่ - วัสดุสิ้นเปลือง - เครื่องมือ - งานโครงสร้างฯ - เครื่องจักร 2.สรรหาผู้จัดจำหน่ายทั้งในและต่างประเทศเพื่อเสนอราคา เจรจาต่อรองราคาและเงื่อนไขการจัดส่ง 3.เปรียบเทียบราคาของผู้จัดหารายใหม่ 4.ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงรายการ ราคาของใช้ทั่วไปที่ใช้ในระบบ 5.ส่งใบสั่งซื้อที่เสร็จสมบูรณ์แล้ว ไปยังผู้จัดจำหน่ายภายในประเทศ 6.ติดตามสถานะของ PO กับผู้ขายเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการส่งมอบตรงต่อเวลาและสื่อสารสถานะของการสั่งซื้อ 7.ส่งแจ้งเตือนและยืนยันรับทราบการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเอกสารให้ผู้จำหน่าย 8.จัดทำเอกสารใบกำกับภาษีส่งให้กับทางบัญชี 9.ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้จักจำหน่ายและแผนกอื่นๆ 10.ติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหางานต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้น 11.ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. เพศ ชาย, หญิง
  2. อายุ 25 ปี ขึ้นไป
  3. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีประสบการณ์ 2-3 ปี ขึ้นไป
  5. สามารถจัดทำเอกสาร ISO ได้
  6. สามารถ Support Audit จาก CB หรือ ลูกค้าได้
  7. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับพอใช้
  8. สามารถสรรหาสินค้าให้ตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน
