Job Descriptions
- Assist clients with property sales and rental inquiries
- Coordinate and schedule property viewings
- Maintain and update property listings
- Communicate with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers
- Handle documentation and follow-ups on leasing and sales processes
- Maintain organized records and assist in database management
Qualifications
- Thai Nationality
- No age limit – candidates of all ages are welcome to apply.
- Good - Excellent level of English (Speaking & Writing)
- Able to work with computers, basic office software & Social media platforms
- Organized & Good time management Skills
- Motivated & Energetic & Friendly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Driving License (Owning a car will be an advantage)
- Experience in real estate or customer service is a plus
