Job Descriptions
What you’ll do: • Responsible for fundamental tasks that are required to run the store in each E-commerce platform [Price upload, voucher setup, banner upload, stock available maintenance, etc.] • Work closely with E-commerce team to ensure that commercial deals are translated into effective operational execution • Work cross-functionally with content, commercial, creative team to produce a positive customer journey through store execution Daily monitoring of store metrics to ensure that stores are in the best condition and meet the KPIs. • Working on Excel to extract data, computing, and reformatting • Responsible for the warehouse and product stocks.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in any fields
  2. New graduates are welcome.
  3. Any previous work experience in relevant Store Operation, digital marketing, is a bonus
  4. Personable and attentive
  5. Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
  6. Able to work well under pressure
  7. Experience working in the back office of an online platform
