Job Descriptions
1. รับการส่งมอบวัสดุที่เข้ามาทั้งหมดและกระทบยอดกับใบสั่งซื้อ 2. ติดตามเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดและแก้ไขความคลาดเคลื่อนของคำสั่งซื้อ/การจัดส่งที่ได้รับ 3. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของรายละเอียดสินค้าคงคลัง การรับ การปรับปรุง และการคืนสินค้า 4. สามารถจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง / วัสดุสิ้นเปลืองได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 5. อัพเดทบันทึกการรับและเบิกจากสต็อก 6. รับผิดชอบการบรรจุ ติดฉลาก และส่งคืนสินค้า 7. รับผิดชอบการหมุนเวียนสต็อก 8. จัดทำคำขอซื้อเพื่อดำเนินการจัดซื้อ 9. รับผิดชอบการยกเลิกการจัดส่งหรือส่งคืนสินค้าที่เสียหายกลับไปยังซัพพลายเออร์ตามความเหมาะสม 10. เตรียมวัตถุดิบเพื่อสนับสนุนการผลิต 11. ดูแลบริเวณที่ทำงานให้สะอาดเป็นระเบียบอยู่เสมอ 12. ประสานงานกับฝ่ายบัญชี
Qualifications
  1. มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในสายการผลิตอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  2. สามารถเข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐานได้
  3. สามารถใช้ Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint และ Internet ได้
  4. สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
  5. ทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีมที่ดี
  6. Can do attitude
  7. มีทัศนคติเป็นบวก เป็นมิตร และกระตือรือร้น
