Job Descriptions
- Drive revenue growth across various online marketplaces such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and others. - Improve the effectiveness of sales funnels, landing pages, and customer experience to increase conversion rates. - Oversee product listings, set pricing strategies, manage inventory, and plan promotions for optimal performance. - Lead impactful campaigns focused on revenue generation rather than superficial metrics. - Maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) through efficient use of Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, and other marketplace advertising tools. - Conduct A/B testing, refine audience targeting, and apply creative strategies to master e-commerce performance. - Evaluate key performance indicators (e.g. GMV, ROI, AOV, Conversion Rate, CAC, CLV) and translate them into strategic actions. - Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to enhance operational efficiency. - Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers and key strategic partners. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or online marketing
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing online sales channels
  4. Experience with e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Webshop, Tiktok)
  5. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media
  6. Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content
  7. Proficiency in using design tools and e-commerce platforms.
  8. Knowledge of influencer marketing and affiliate marketing.
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
