We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our sales team and help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential, crafting sales plans. Job Description: - Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. - Build a pipeline of new clients and actively seek out new sales opportunities. - Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, including after-sales service - Monitor and supervise the performance and activities of the sales team. - Compile and present detailed sales forecasts and comprehensive team performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Manager.
Experience in selling to Oil & Gas upstream, refineries, petrochemicals, Chemicals, etc.
Have a strong leadership and communication skill.
Excellent problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Having own car and driving license.
