Job Descriptions
• ดูแลและบริหารจัดการร้านค้าของบริษัทบนแพลตฟอร์ม Lazada และ Shopee และ TikTok ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย • วิเคราะห์ยอดขาย ปรับกลยุทธ์การขายและโปรโมชั่นร่วมกับทีม เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายและเพิ่มการมองเห็นสินค้า • อัปเดตข้อมูลสินค้า ราคา สต๊อก และรูปภาพ ให้ถูกต้องและทันสมัยอยู่เสมอ • ประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่แพลตฟอร์ม (Lazada/Shopee KAM หรือ PIC) เพื่อรับข่าวสารกิจกรรมต่างๆ และเข้าร่วมแคมเปญที่เหมาะสม • ตอบคำถามลูกค้า รีวิว และข้อร้องเรียนต่างๆ อย่างมืออาชีพและตรงเวลา • จัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์ยอดขาย คู่แข่ง และพฤติกรรมลูกค้า เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาร้านค้า • วางแผนและดำเนินการโฆษณาภายในแพลตฟอร์ม (เช่น Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Search) • ติดตามผลลัพธ์จากแคมเปญและโปรโมชัน พร้อมนำมาวิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงในครั้งถัดไป
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการตลาด, บริหารธุรกิจ, หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ 1-2 ปีขึ้นไปในการบริหารร้านค้าใน Lazada / Shopee จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  3. เข้าใจระบบ Seller Center ของทั้ง Lazada และ Shopee และ TikTok
  4. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถวางแผนงานได้ดี
  5. มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การเจรจา และการแก้ไขปัญหา
  6. ใช้ Excel และเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้ดี
