Job Descriptions
Duties & Responsibility - Contact and Coordinate with Oversea Customer, Oversea and Local Supplier and factory - Receive and Issue Purchase order, Sales Order, Delivery Order and Export Shipping document - Record detail of Purchase order and Sales order - Planning and Control delivery schedule - Issue and prepare export document - Dealing with Shipping or Freight forwarder - Prepare export shipment - Work follows the Quality Environmental and Occupational Health and safety management system strictly
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree in any fields.
  2. Experience in sales coordinate function 1-3 years.
  3. Fair command in English language.
  4. Ability to use Microsoft office program (Excellent Excel skills)
  5. Have a service mind and good relations.
