Job Descriptions
Direct Import & Sourcing - Source international beauty brands and negotiate key commercial terms - Manage import documentation, customs, and Thai FDA registration - Ensure regulatory compliance and streamline import processes Brand Management & Strategy - Develop brand strategies, product mix, pricing, and promotions - Monitor performance and optimize based on data insights - Align execution with trade marketing and visual merchandising Sales & Profitability Optimization - Manage P&L and ensure brand profitability - Conduct market analysis to guide pricing and growth strategies Cross-functional Collaboration & Vendor Relations - Coordinate with internal teams for smooth product rollout - Maintain strong brand relationships and ensure quality standards Inventory & Supply Chain Management - Forecast demand and manage stock levels - Improve replenishment cycles and inventory turnover
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field
  2. 3+ years of experience in direct import buying or merchandising (preferably in beauty or FMCG)
  3. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with international suppliers
  4. Knowledge of Thai FDA regulations, customs procedures, and retail import operations
  5. Excellent analytical skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and retail analytics tools
  7. Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  8. Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  9. Proficiency in English (Korean is a plus)
