ดูแลงานบัญชีและการเงิน ฝั่งเจ้าหนี้ (AP)
และ ดูแลงานจัดซื้อธุรการทั่วไปในบริษัท
Qualifications
- จบเกี่ยวกับบัญชี การเงิน บริหาร หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง. มีประสบการณ์งานด้านบัญชีมากกว่า 5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายงานบัญชี ฝั่ง AP (ฝั่งจ่าย/เจ้าหนี้) อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- ดำเนินงาน รับ-จ่าย -วางบิล - ออกเอกสาร งานบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ ได้ครบถ้วนถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานบริษัทและสรรพากร
- ดูแลเอกสารภาษีประจำเดือน ตรวจสอบ และ สรุปรายงานนำส่งได้อย่างถูกต้อง
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและพัฒนางานของตนเองได้
- *** มีประสบการณ์ใช้งาน SAP จะได้รับการพิจารณาพิเศษ
- มีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรม/ทำงานออนไลน์ เช่น Email, Online Meeting, Drive/Cloud ใช้งานได้ทันที
- มีความเข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษ ในการอ่าน ระดับพอใช้-ดี (6 ขึ้นไป เต็ม10) จะได้รับการพิจารณาพิเศษ
- ทักษะการสื่อสารได้ดี จัดลำดับความสำคัญงานได้ ตรงต่อเวลา รอบคอบ
- กระตือรือล้น มีพลังบวก พร้อมเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยี และ application ใหม่ๆ
