Job Descriptions
- จัดชุดเอกสาร Invoice ใบส่งสินค้า และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการส่งสินค้าให้พนักงานขับรถมารับทุกเย็น
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารทุกอย่างที่นำกลับมาจากงานส่งสินค้า และคัดแยกจัดส่งให้กับบัญชีแต่ละบริษัทฯ
- ติดตามและประสานงานเรื่องเอกสารให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน
- ทำแผนการทำงานให้แมสเซ็นเจอร์ของทุกบริษัทฯ นำส่งงานให้ฝ่ายบัญชี และรับงานจากฝ่ายบัญชีมาทำแผนงาน
- ทำแผนการจัดส่งสินค้าเข้า-ออกคลังสินค้า
Qualifications
- เพ-หญิง อายุ 25 ปี ขึ้นไป
- วุฒิปวส. ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านธุรการขนส่ง และจัดทำเอกสาร
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Word / Excel / E-mail ได้ดี
- สื่อสารประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆได้ดี มีความคล่องตัว
