Job Descriptions
ประสานงานระหว่างทีมขาย ลูกค้า และฝ่ายผลิต/จัดส่ง เพื่อให้การขายเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
จัดทำใบเสนอราคา ใบสั่งซื้อ และเอกสารอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานขาย
ตรวจสอบและติดตามสถานะคำสั่งซื้อ พร้อมอัปเดตข้อมูลให้ฝ่ายขายหรือลูกค้าทราบ
ติดตามการชำระเงิน และจัดทำรายงานการขายให้ผู้บริหาร
ประสานการนัดหมายและการเข้าพบลูกค้าร่วมกับพนักงานขาย
Qualifications
- เพศ ช หรือ ญ
- อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช ขึ้นไป
- ประสบการณ์ 1-2 ปี ด้านธุรการ หรือ การประสานงานขาย
- สามารถใช้ MS Office ได้ดี
- มีทักษาะการประสานงาน
- สามารถประสานงานได้ดี
