Job DescriptionsResponsibilities:
1. Assist the QA Manager in planning, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance systems aligned with ISO 9001 or other customer-specific standards.
2. Lead the QA team in daily operations including in-process inspection, final inspection, and quality documentation control.
3. Monitor and improve product quality performance by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
4. Coordinate internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
5. Handle customer complaints, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and ensure timely resolution with appropriate reporting.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, purchasing) to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
7. Maintain quality metrics, analyze trends, and propose continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
8. Train and develop QA staff to enhance team competency and performance.
