- Conduct regular budget reviews with project teams to discuss status and identify cost-saving opportunities.
3. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare detailed cost reports for stakeholders, including updates on budget, cost variances, and forecasts.
- Analyze cost data to spot trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
4. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and other departments to ensure accurate cost data collection and analysis.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain cost breakdowns and negotiate pricing.
