Job Descriptions• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by promoting products, acquiring new clients, addressing concerns, and conducting regular customer visits.
• Manage the entire sales process, including setting targets, planning, coordinating with Thai and Korean headquarters, order processing, shipment logistics (including documentation and payment follow-up), and ERP system management.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the special steels industry.
• Respond to Cost Breakdown (CBD) inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Gather and communicate customer insights to support product and quality improvements.
• Conduct market research and analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications - 3+ years experience in a sales supervisory (preferably in the special steels or a related industry)
- Strong understanding of the special steels market, customer needs, and industry trends
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal (a plus)
- Having a driving license
