Job Descriptions
• สนับสนุนผู้จัดการร้านในการบริหารจัดการงานภายในร้านให้มีประสิทธิภาพ • ดูแลยอดขายและสนับสนุนทีมให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนด • ดูแลทีมงานในเรื่องของตารางงาน การฝึกอบรม และการให้คำแนะนำในการบริการลูกค้า • ให้บริการลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ และจัดการข้อร้องเรียนหรือลูกค้าพิเศษ • ควบคุมสต๊อกสินค้า การจัดเรียงสินค้า และความเรียบร้อยภายในร้าน • ดูแลภาพลักษณ์ของร้านให้ตรงตามมาตรฐานของ POP MART • ทำงานร่วมกับทีมเพื่อส่งเสริมกิจกรรมการตลาด เช่น การเปิดตัวสินค้าใหม่ การขายโปรโมชั่นพิเศษ หรืออีเวนต์ในร้าน
Qualifications
  1. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายงานค้าปลีก (Retail) อย่างน้อย 2 ปี และมีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลทีม
  2. มีใจรักในการบริการลูกค้า บุคลิกภาพดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส
  3. สนใจในของสะสม ศิลปะ หรือผลิตภัณฑ์ของ POP MART จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. มีทักษะในการบริหารทีม และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  5. สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ วันหยุด หรือช่วงเวลาที่ร้านมีลูกค้าเยอะได้
