Job Descriptions
Responsibilities : Your role includes ensuring customer satisfaction, building strong relationships, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. You will assist customers by addressing complaints, answering questions, and processing orders efficiently. Main Jobs/Tasks : -Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries and issues and responding professionally. -Develop product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers. -Assist customers with order processing, product pricing and shipment tracking. -Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies while maintaining a positive company image. -Collaborate with internal departments. -Analyze sales data and generate reports.
Qualifications
  1. Male/Female.
  2. Age not over 35 years old.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative, Marketing, Management or related fields
  4. At least 2 years experienced in Customer Service field.
  5. Experience of MS Dynamic or Export tasks will be advantages
  6. Excellent in English (Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking).
  7. Good command of computer skills especially Excel program.
  8. Attention in details with numbers.
  9. Able to work under pressure and willing to learn new things.
  10. Good team player and be flexible.
  11. Able to work in Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate
