Job Descriptions
Talent Acquisition Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, especially in sales, marketing, and e-commerce. Build strong relationships with universities, job platforms, and industry networks. HR Operations & Compliance Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company policies. Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records. Implement HR policies, handbooks, and processes aligned with business objectives. Performance Management & Development Work closely with department heads to set KPIs and conduct performance reviews. Develop training programs to enhance employee skills, particularly in e-commerce, sales, and brand management. Foster a high-performance culture by implementing recognition and incentive programs. Employee Engagement & Retention Create initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover. Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and leadership development workshops. Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on people-related matters.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of HR experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
  3. Strong preference for candidates with experience at Skintific, Parafeel, or similar beauty brands.
  4. In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
  5. Excellent communication skills in English or Chinese.
  6. Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment.
