- บริการลูกค้าผ่านแชท ให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำสินค้า/บริการ
- โทรติดต่อ อธิบายรายละเอียดสินค้า/บริการ
- ปิดการขายให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลลูกค้าเบื้องต้น
- ตรวจสอบบัญชี Social Media ประกอบการวิเคราะห์
- วิเคราะห์ความสามารถในการชำระเงิน
- จัดเกรดของลูกค้า
- ส่งรายงานเครดิตให้ฝ่ายอนุมัติ
Qualifications
- ชาย หญิง และ LGBT
- อายุ 20 - 30 ปี
- ปวส. -ป.ตรี
- สามารถพิมพ์ดีด ได้ 25 คำต่อนาทีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะด้านการขาย/ทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน
- ขยัน เรียนรู้ไว้ มีไหวพริบ
- ใช้ภาษาไทยได้ถูกต้อง
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี รับแรงกดดันในการทำงานได้ดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบ, กระตือรือร้น และมีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
