Job Descriptions

1) Oversees and organize the Production, Supply Chain, QA and Engineering departments. 2) Be responsible to report the monthly status of the operations analysis. 3) Define the team’s KPIs and do whatever that is possible to maximize the efficiency of the of the team’s output. 4) Manage the operational processes (materials, manpower, technology) to maintain the highest profit level. 5) Purchasing & Inventories Management 6) Support and ensure the operations capabilities and readiness for future business development. 7) Develop peoples skills through trainings and motivational exercises/ programs. 8) Create operational process improvements projects 9) Support the process of machines/ technologies investment proposals. 10) Support and prepare yearly budgeting exercise 11) Others assignment by Managing Director 12) Maintaining good supply chain management processes, including inventory management, production processes, sales, and sourcing of suppliers 13) Monitoring the manufacturing process to ensure quality products, including production planning, production control, and quality control 14) Using strong communication skills to foster a culture of innovation and productivity in the workplace 15) Working cross-departmentally with a wide range global team to ensure that all operations are aligned with organizational objectives

Qualifications

Bachelor's' degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business MBA from an accredited institution
Experience cross-functional experience with scheduling planning, Supply chain, engineering, quality
Management level prefer +5Years
Knowledge of business productivity spring industrial would be advantage
Effective interpersonal skills to resolve conflict, develop employees, and facilitate corrective action while fostering an environment that supports our values and philosophy
A change agent with strategic focus and executive command
Good communicated on English business level, If can communicate in Chinese, it will be an advantage.
