Job Descriptions
· Plans and directs all aspects of maintenance activities and projects within an organization. · Ensures all projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization’s established policies and objectives. · Utilizes best practice engineering methods and provides expert technical guidance for engineering initiatives · Incorporates machine, spare part, tools that result in cost-effective and quality output. · Manages overall maintenance budget and costs. · Manages all maintenance departmental function. · Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets / policies / procedures to support the functional infrastructure. · Ability to develop manufacturing processes by designing, implementing and modifying equipment or processes.
Qualifications
  1. Requires a college Degree or Above in engineering / electrical or related discipline
  2. Requires 2+ year of Maintenance experience. Age 25-45 years old
  3. Knowledge of maintenance equipment in the factory and Office
  4. Require experience of PCBA Factory
  5. Deep knowledge of maintenance
  6. Good interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
