Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Thai sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies for both resale and new property projects
- Coach and mentor agents to improve performance and service quality
- Build strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners
- Oversee sales processes and ensure excellent customer experience
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- English proficiency – native or near-native level
- Goal-oriented, with a proactive and positive attitude
- At least 5 years of experience in property sales, leasing, or marketing
