Job Descriptions
วางแผนยอดขายและแผนยิงแอดทุกเดือน
คิดแคมเปญ + คอนเทนต์ + โปรโมชั่นร่วมกับทีม
สั่งงานและควบคุมฟรีแลนซ์ (ยิงแอด / คอนเทนต์ / ตัดต่อ)
สร้างและบริหารทีมยิงแอด (TikTok, Facebook, Shopee Ads)
ทำรายงานสรุปยอดขาย-งบโฆษณา-ผลตอบแทน (ROAS) รายสัปดาห์
วิเคราะห์ลูกค้า – ขยายฐานลูกค้าใหม่ + สร้างลูกค้าซื้อซ้ำ
คิดระบบสะสมแต้ม/แชท/CRM/ยิงแอดตามกลุ่มเป้าได้เอง
เป็นคนเชื่อมระหว่าง “ยอดขาย” และ “ทีม” ให้เจ้าของไม่ต้องลงเอง
Qualifications
- เข้าใจโครงสร้างการตลาดออนไลน์ทั้งระบบ (ยิงแอด + Content + Conversion)
- วาง Funnel ลูกค้าเป็น (รู้ว่า Awareness → Interest → Purchase ทำยังไง)
- ใช้ Google Sheets, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Adsได้
- กล้าตัดสินใจแทนเจ้าของ
- มีประสบการณ์ทำยอดขายออนไลน์จริง (ขอดูผลงานก่อนจ้าง)
