Job Descriptions

1. Prepare the shipping details according to the salesperson's requirements 2. Arrange booking in time according to the salesperson's requirements and the time of delivery 3. After the shipping date is available, notify the salesperson and communicate with the factory in time about delivery and loading 4. Confirm the cut-off time with the booking freight forwarder, arrange the fleet trailer customs declaration in time, and provide accurate customs declaration information to the freight forwarder 5. Provide accurate cut-off information within the time specified by the freight forwarder, and confirm the bill of lading. For prepaid goods, arrange for marine insurance and produce certificates of origin 6. After the ship departs, send a copy of the bill of lading to the salesperson in time, and notify the salesperson to arrange for collection of exchange 7. Arrange payment and purchase according to the company's procedures. After receiving the original bill of lading, hand it over to the salesperson. Arrange telex release of the bill of lading after receiving the payment 8. After the goods are shipped, organize a complete set of tax refund information and hand it over to the finance department 9. Actively complete other work tasks assigned by the supervisor; 10. Report work status and special events to the supervisor in a timely manner;

Qualifications

Understand the relevant knowledge of foreign trade document export and international freight forwarding industry
Understand and agree with the company's operating procedures and values
Have good teamwork spirit and time management skills
Have strong communication and stress resistance
Be able to flexibly handle various needs
Be proficient in using office software, be careful and cautious, and have relevant experience
College degree or above (customs declaration and freight forwarding, logistics management, international trade and other related majors, other majors with relevant work experience are also acceptable)
