Job Descriptions

1.Manage the full-cycle recruitment process in alignment with the company’s manpower planning and hiring timeline. 2.Develop and publish job advertisements across multiple platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks). 3.Explore and implement new sourcing channels and strategies to target both active and passive candidates. 4.Conduct resume screening, initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews with relevant departments. 5.Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements. 6.Prepare and maintain all recruitment-related documents, candidate databases, and recruitment reports. 7.Collaborate with internal teams to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience. 8.Plan and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to enhance employer branding and increase visibility among potential candidates. 9.Manage and update job descriptions and organizational structure documents. 10.Coordinate recruitment budget, vendor management, and expense claims related to hiring activities. 11.Analyze recruitment data and campaign performance to improve sourcing efficiency and talent reach

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn, job boards)
Creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to drive sourcing strategy and content.
Good command of English
