Job Descriptions
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans aligned with customer demand and factory capacity - Analyze order forecasts, production capabilities, and available resources to create effective and achievable production schedules - Ensure on-time delivery to customers by closely monitoring production output and coordinating cross-functional activities - Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales departments to streamline the planning and delivery process - Proactively identify risks in production and implement preventive or corrective actions (e.g., raw material shortages, machine downtime) - Analyze production and delivery performance data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement - Continuously improve planning processes to reduce lead time, minimize waste, and increase efficiency - Lead and manage the production planning team, providing coaching, training, and performance development
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistic & Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  2. At least 5+ years experience in Manager of production control and planning department.
  3. Working experience in Manpower Planning & Budgeting required for production management.
  4. Knowledge and experience in Material Requirements Planning (MRP), concept, and calculation of appropriate inventory.
  5. Experience in preparing production for new products. (New Model)
  6. Knowledge of production efficiency and manufacturing cost control.
  7. Able to use Excel V-Look UP - PIVOT fluently and use formulas to calculate, substitute values, analyze and evaluate results.
  8. Able to work 6 days/week
