Job Descriptions
1.Improve production efficiency and reduce operational costs.
2.Responsible for lean production training, empowering lean knowledge and tools.
3.Lead the standard manpower configuration, work hour management, and efficiency control system for the transfer station.
4.Plan the layout of the transfer station, optimize the layout, and improve production efficiency and costs.
5.Responsible for lean project improvements, enhancing labor efficiency, providing relevant data support, and promoting the achievement of the company's profit targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Linguistics, Liberal Arts with major in Chinese or any related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word)
- Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to communicate in Chinese with HSK Level 4 – 6
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker with a vision
- Attention to details
- Preferred skills of English and Chinese
